( ) para conocer opiniones en torno a los Lineamientos para la Defensa de las Audiencias y garantizar a stas el acceso a informacin veraz y oportuna, de inmediato algunos medios de comunicacin y periodistas acusaron: CENSURA.
Entre los objetivos de los lineamientos destaca el que toda persona tiene derecho al libre acceso a informacin, plural y oportuna, as como a buscar, recibir y difundir informacin e ideas de toda ndole por cualquier medio de expresin.
Un aspecto importante es la prohibicin expresa de la transmisin de publicidad o propaganda presentada como informacin periodstica o noticiosa que es muy comn que lo haga, de manera particular, TV Azteca.
Se destaca lo establecido en el artculo 7 Constitucional donde se precisa que es inviolable la libertad de difundir opiniones, informacin e ideas, a travs de cualquier medio, y que ninguna ley ni autoridad puede establecer la previa censura ni coartar la libertad de difusin.
Desde siempre, los medios se han convertido en arma del poder, del poder poltico, econmico, incluso del poder intelectual mienten cuando propagan que son una arma de la sociedad para estar informada, pero, por el contrario, histricamente, han desinformado y tratado de manipular a la sociedad.
Tv AztecaLa sociedad ha tenido en las redes sociales instrumentos de informacin que le ha permitido contrastar lo que informan unos y otros, pero an as, ciertos medios de comunicacin, desde la radio y la televisin, han seguido optando por la manipulacin y la desinformacin.
Durante los gobiernos del PRI y PAN son conocidos los casos de desinformacin y manipulacin. En el 68 la matanza estudiantil en la Plaza de las Tres Culturas en 1971, el Halconazo como se conoci la matanza del Jueves de Corpus el despido de Carmen Aristegui de la radio por casos como el problema de alcoholismo de Felipe Caldern la Casa Blanca de Enrique Pea: temas en los que algunos medios fueron cmplices de guardar silencio o desviar la atencin de lo ocurrido o inventar la verdad histrica.
Otros casos como el de Aguas Blancas y Acteal en el gobierno de Zedillo San Salvador Atenco, la desaparicin de los 43 estudiantes de Ayotzinapa estn marcados en la historia del pas, y al mismo tiempo, por el triste papel que han jugado los medios.
Como seala el estudio Medios de comunicacin en Mxico: entre el autoritarismo de Estado y el autoritarismo de mercado de Jorge Bravo, las instituciones mediticas han guardado una estrecha relacin simbitica con el poder poltico y han sido un reflejo fiel de las estructuras de poder autoritarias imperantes.
La sociedad no tena para dnde hacerse, los nicos instrumentos informativos que tena era la radio, la televisin, los diarios, las revistas. Fueran pocos los medios alternativos que les hicieron contrapeso a la Prensa vendida.
En 2018 y an antes, la desinformacin, manipulacin y golpeteo en torno e Andrs Manuel Lpez Obrador fue basta: un peligro para Mxico lo mismo ocurri durante la campaa de Claudia Sheinbaum y ha seguido sucediendo en lo que va de su mandato.
Desinformacin, infodemia y manipulacin, se convirti en una arma poltica, mentiras puestas en el discurso pblico para tratar de contener a un adversario: AMLO, se dijo en marzo de 2025, en la presentacin del libro: Un peligro para Mxico y otros cuentos de Hctor Alejandro Quintanar.
Frente a todo esto es pertinente el que la Comisin Reguladora de Telecomunicaciones (CRT) haya anunciado la apertura de una consulta pblica del anteproyecto de los Lineamientos para la Proteccin de los Derechos de las Audiencias.
Andres manuel Lopez ObradorEs de primera importancia que hoy, en este siglo XXI, las audiencias tengan voz y puedan reclamar cuando observan que desde los medios electrnicos los estn desinformando o traten de manipular, incluso, generen infodemia.
Tienen derecho a reclamar una obligacin primaria del periodismo: llevar a la sociedad informacin veraz, creble, confirmada y que sta pueda diferenciar con claridad entre noticia y opinin.
Lamentablemente en este debate que empieza, algunos medios, los que ya conocemos, insisten en mentir y manipular queriendo engaar que con estos lineamientos habr censura y persecucin.
Pareciera que lo que se busca, como en 2017, debilitar los derechos de las audiencias que estn ah, s, pero slo de adorno como en aquel ltimo ao del peismo. Lo nico que va a ocurrir es que una persona nombrada por la propia empresa sea la receptora de las quejas que pudieran tener las audiencias.
La sancin que va a tener, cuando mucho, ser una recomendacin.
As es que, si usted seora o seor concesionario de los medios electrnicos es fabricante de mentiras, s, preocpese!, porque el problema que enfrentar ser una sancin y, tal vez, ser sealado de ser fabricante de mentiras, de manipular, de golpeador meditico, es decir, sufrir una fuerte exhibicin pblica que, s, seguramente le causar dao moral, pero en ningn momento ser objeto de censura.
Slo es cuestin de cumplir con los principios del periodismo y con los Lineamientos Generales para la Proteccin de los Derechos de las Audiencias.
Que no le cuenten
Pareciera que la intencin de acusar CENSURA por parte de algunos concesionarios de la radio y la televisin tiene que ver que uno de los lineamientos exige que la publicidad o propaganda que difundan la radio y la televisin no debe presentarse como informacin periodstica, noticiosa, cosa que es comn que hagan muchos medios electrnicos. TV Azteca en particular. O sea, no hacer trampa. Si lo hacen tendrn que a visar a sus audiencias que es una nota pagada. As de simple.
