Unless the appeals court intends to rule on Donald Trump's appeal very quickly, given the nature of his speech, I would consider this lifting of the gag order to be bizarre. It may be bizarre anyway, since oral arguments are set for way off on November 20. This is a really bad decision in my opinion.
For all practical purposes, the DC court of appeals has given Donald Trump permission to harass, intimidate, and threaten probable witnesses.
